Having obtained a college diploma in building mechanics technology, Mr. Marchand began his career in 2008 as a control technician and then as a building mechanics maintenance technician with two companies. He joined Regulvar in 2009 working in engineering and estimating and then held a position as project manager at the Laval branch. He was subsequently appointed Regional Director, Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec, and manages the Trois-Rivières branch. His responsibilities include managing, planning, and monitoring construction projects as well as coordinating work teams.
